Two-room apartment Piceno (30 square meters): Two-roomed chalet suitable for disabled people (30 square meters + 5 square meters of veranda with an access ramp with a slope of 3.3%). They are spacious and comfortable units equipped with a living area with a sofa bed, a double room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the bathroom there is a WC 46 cm high from the ground with the possibility of approaching both front and left side and on both sides there are grab bars. The shower is flush with the floor and a mobile seat is available
Conero three-room apartment (30 square meters): Comfortable and spacious three-room chalet (30 square meters + 5 square meters veranda with table and chairs). It can accommodate up to 5 people and animals (on request)

The Natural Village offers a very rich and varied sports program, which meets the tastes of both those who want to have fun trying out a new activity and those who, already experienced, want to continue to practice it.
Upon arrival each guest will purchase a Club Card, which in addition to entering the Natural Park and participating in the stages and animation workshops, will guarantee access to the collective courses of windsurfing, swimming, canoeing, archery, golf and fitness. Individual courses in each of these disciplines can also be booked for a fee. In addition, customers can use the beach volleyball, tennis and soccer fields, as well as the Torrenova Golf Club golf course and basic equipment, independently or by registering for paid courses.
Within Natural Park, a new area of ​​the village, archery and paintball competitions are held, an airsoft with colored paint bullets, mini golf and tennis matches.
The animation for adults includes sports activities such as morning muscle awakening, beach games, water aerobics, dance and an afternoon dedicated to fitness in the late afternoon. The animation program for children instead proposes child-friendly sports, such as swimming and gymnastic lessons, tennis and beach volleyball matches, diving and dance competitions.
For a walk immersed in nature the ideal is the private rental of the E-bike. Free and paid e-bike excursions are also organized to discover the natural beauties or local gastronomy.
Pool
At the Natural Village you will find a small comfortable and safe artificial sea. Around the pools, the beach made with the fine sand of the Riviera del Cònero helps to recreate the marine atmosphere in a cheerful and dynamic environment.
Here the children play and swim in safety supervised by our staff, while their parents take a few hours to relax on comfortable loungers, sipping a drink or enjoying the delicious snacks offered by the Pool Bar directly under the umbrella.
The pool dedicated to children, due to the "sea shore" effect, slopes gently from the center to the edges, so that even the smallest can get wet and play with water. The central giant mushroom instead with its waterfall is an attraction for the older ones. Children can take small dives, play with water, learn to swim with their parents or swimming instructors, participate in sports and animation activities that take place here, such as the Acqua Joy Dance, the Diving Competition or Steal Flag, or use the Multi-purpose Sports Field for Soccer and Tennis which is a few meters away.
The other three swimming pools are ideal for more experienced swimmers, for those who want to have fun with friends or relax their mind and body by abandoning themselves to water.
